Cesar holds an extensive and deep 15-year experience in the digital marketing arena of the american hemisphere. In 2000, he co-founded the Studiocom Bogota office and, until 2005, he was part of some of Studiocom's successful creative projects for Coca-Cola, CNN, Cartoon Network, JP Morgan and Cingular just to name a few.

In 2006 he ignited the Offshore Guys division our of his own ideas and expertise about offshoring, and leveraging Studiocom's capabilities. He collaborated with large US agencies (Y&R, Wunderman, JWT, Ogilvy, VML, Grey Interactive, BlastRadius, etc.) on digital production and creative by managing accounts for Microsoft, Accenture, Ford, Land Rover, Hilton and LG, among others.

In 2008 César was appointed as Managing Director for Studiocom Latin America, acquiring important accounts for Studiocom such as Colgate, Helm Bank and BCSC, among others. After working during 10 years at Studiocom, in 2010 he left the agency to create Binar.io Creative Network, his most recent entrepreneurial venture, and which aims to impact the creative landscape from latinamerica by empowering professionals in this arena.

Cesar holds a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master degree in Design Management from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. Finally, he’s been a speaker at the WPP Digital Day in San Francisco (2007), Diageo Digital day organized by Wunderman Venezuela (2007), and WPP Retail Conference Latin America (2008). In 2009, he was appointed as Jury for the FIAP prizes in the Digital Category.
