The eTask.it concept and product specification is the brainchild of Juan Manrique, who in 2005, after working for over 10 years at a senior executive level in the introduction of products/services within the IT and Telecoms industry, decided to develop a software solution to contribute to the resolution of the problems around the lack of quality consistency within the industry and the difficulties in finding the right IT partners and resources.

During his career, Juan has developed extensive experience and knowledge in organisations across various sectors within the IT industry, such as ISPs (Internet Service Providers), telecom companies and hardware resellers, both in the UK and the rest of Europe.

This experience includes IT consulting and project management of large scale IT infrastructure projects. Additionally, he worked in the telecommunications sector in organizations such as PSINet, Tiscali and Affiniti, where he was responsible for the development of new technology services and collaborative platforms for clients in Europe and the United Kingdom.

Juan holds a title of Industrial Engineer of Universidad de Los Andes in Colombia and a MBA from Richmond University in England (1997).
