Shakeel brings to eTask.it more than 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecoms industry both in Europe and the US. Specifically, Shakeel is bringing his direct experience in starting new businesses and in raising funds for technology start-ups.

In the late 80s Shakeel launched his first start up company, TSI group, with in excess of US$5m fund raised. Since then, Shakeel was also one of the principal founders of Aduronet, an IP/VPN technology start up with funding in excess of US$50m. In addition, he has been involved in the launch of several successful businesses including PharmiWeb, New Oceans, TBS and Miniweb among others.

Currently, Shakeel is primarily focused in assisting technology start-ups in the process of raising funds through his company GPVi. During the last 10 years, Shakeel has raised more than US$150m of funding.
