What does eTask-it do?

We bring time and resource management, continuous learning, project management, a knowledge system, portfolio management and compliance tools in one single online platform made for team work and collaboration.

In particular, eTask-it offers three unique features:

1. Innovative Blueprints: Blueprints are not simply project templates but flexible sets of tasks, deliverables and roles that encapsulate a service offering in all its complexity. Blueprints contain service execution frameworks, workflows, schedules, tasks guides, document templates, effort estimates based on historical data, role definitions, risk registers, costing and approval rules. eTask-it also contains a pre-built library of Blueprints ready to be used, including PRINCE2, PMI, SCRUM, OpenUP.

2. Strong but flexible compliance and control functionality: eTask-it's compliance and control system makes sure that:

   • Errors and variances between Blueprint and execution are constantly monitored

   • Quality is built at each level of a project - At task level, it is possible to insert approvals, instructions, link to input and output documents and ensure that resources have appropriate skills

   • At deliverable level, eTask-it makes sure that the best practice process is followed, the correct templates are employed and each task contributes appropriately

   • At life-cycle level, eTask-it can define precise phase structure and control each phase’s activities and deliverables.
