Time management

eTask-it's time management is fully integrated with the project and resource management modules to enable real time capture of data related to time, and to allow the tracking of project effort and resource utilization.

eTask-it's time management main features are:

  • Time log per task - Easy interface to enter the time that each resource has spent on completing a task.
  • Project time logs - Project managers can check at any point in time the status of the entire team’s timesheets
  • Weekly timesheet generation - Weekly timesheets for all resources generated automatically.
  • Customer timesheet approval: - For time & materials service engagements, where the customer timesheet approval is required before billing, eTask-it allows the customer to review and approve all timesheets online, reducing the invoice process time considerably.
