Document management

Unlike traditional document management systems, the knowledge in eTask.it is visible to users during the execution of the specific task that information is relevant to.

eTask-it knowledge management system is not a passive document storage, it is interactive and proactive in delivering the right corporate knowledge at the right time to enable the delivery of Professional Services.

Document templates, instructions, examples and Task guides can be designed as part of the Blueprint, standardizing quality, minimizing misunderstandings and reducing rework and cost.

Documents that are required as input or final result of a task are clearly presented to the task owner, empowering each user with a 360 degrees view of their specific part of the project. Furthermore, any document can be flagged as required and/or in need of an approval and the system will not let the task be ‘closed’ until proper approved documentation is completed.

Documents can be managed online or offline, with appropriate version control and version comparison for online documents.
